As a professional Chef getting the Big Green Egg has been a game changer. I was completely blown away by the end results of everything I cooked on it, I was cooking everything I could possibly think of for the first couple of months not only just so I could eat delicious food everyday but because I was determined to nail each cook.

The idea behind the business was born from my new found love of barbecued food, I want to utilise the Big Green Egg to serve premium barbecue sarnies that are fun, vibrant and super tasty using the best quality meats, all locally sourced . Everything will be cooked low and slow over natural lumpwood charcoal to really  enhance that amazing barbecued flavour we all love .


 I have worked in high end restaurants and hotels for my whole career and I now want to transfer those skills into a much more relaxed and informal style without compromising on attention to detail and most importantly big flavour.
